As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients and colleagues by serving as a client and business leader with a focus on actuarial consulting.There is a requirement for this role to be worked from our Burlington, MA office at least 3 days a week, due to an emphasis on leadership of local client teams and colleague development and mentorship.Your Impact As An Associate Partner:Successful candidates will focus primarily on working with new and existing clients on actuarial strategy for pension plans and broader consulting on retirement plans. Colleagues in this role are expected to lead key client relationships, maintain leadership of a strong local client team located in Burlington, and assist in business and office leadership.
