The Retirement Actuarial Client Delivery Leader is at the center of fulfilling our client value proposition through technical excellence and effective delivery. You will become part of a highly professional and client-focused team with opportunities for remote/flexible working.The Role<ul><li>Identifies and directs resources from across North America and our global centers considering developmental and succession needs; provides guidance on sourcing the right work to the appropriate resources</li><li>Ensures smooth and efficient team operation, adherence to standards and technical excellence, in coordination with Lead Actuary, consultants and delivery team project managers</li><li>Provides or coordinates technical expertise on actuarial components of large special projects within actuarial and other service lines</li><li>Typically serves in other roles on client teams as well, such as Project Manager, Technical Reviewer, signing actuary, etc.</li><li>Establishes and maintains project budgets including periodic review of client financial data in coordination with client billing</li><li>Has opportunity for client engagement around planning and delivery of projects</li></ul>We trust our colleagues to work in a variety of settings.
