The Team You Will Join

The Global product review team is responsible for reviewing all new products across Asia, EMEA, and LATAM to support the sign-off by the Chief Actuary and CFO. Team members are located in multiple locations including Hong Kong, India, Dubai, and Argentina.

The Opportunity

This role will support the review of new products primarily for the EMEA region. The review is comprehensive, including the review of assumptions, pricing models, sensitivity analysis, and data-related issues. This is a great opportunity not just from an actuarial point of view but also for gaining good insight into our products, business, and strategy of different markets within EMEA.

How You’ll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities)

• Validation of parameters/assumptions used by the pricing model
• Validation of risks inherent in the product
• Validation of Solvency methodology for both reserving and capital requirements
• Validation of profitability metrics using EV methodology
• Preparation of peer reviewer’s report and coordination for sign-offs
• Communication with various stakeholders including EMEA Chief Actuary and functions such as valuation, product, and risk

What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)

Bachelor in Actuarial Science or similar discipline or having passed 1-2 exams of professional actuarial bodies.

High skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
