Senior Actuarial Analyst (P&C)

Summary

You will be responsible for performing actuarial analysis, developing and maintaining actuarial models. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide valuable insights to support decision-making.

You'll be responsible for:

• Support the Appointed Actuary in valuation of insurance liabilities, preparation of Financial Condition Report and any other statutory and financial reporting.
• Provide support to the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) and any other capital management matters.
• Provide statistical and analytical support to other business units.
• Maintain systems, processes and documentation to ensure delivery of quality actuarial advice and outputs.

Important to your success:

• Undergraduate degree in Actuarial Science or another Mathematics/Statistics based major
• Fresh graduates and talents with up to 4 years of relevant work experience are encouraged to apply.
• Good progress in internationally recognised actuarial examinations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer application skills, e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. Strong Python coding skills are an added advantage.
