Salary: £60,000- £70,000

A bit about the job:

There is a large Change portfolio in UK IWR over the coming years, and we have a desire to build a permanent Finance Change team of experts to support the volume of Transformation on the horizon.

You will support elements of the UK IWR Finance Change Portfolio, working with the broader Change team. The work will span design, implementation, and business readiness across the Change portfolio.

You will be required to constructively challenge stakeholders to drive transformational change and deliver positive outcomes for IWR Finance.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • A strong understanding of finance systems and processes.
  • Experience in supporting change across a Finance function in line with agreed change management principles.
  • A proven track record of stakeholder management and delivering at pace.
  • An ability to positively contribute to the team to drive forward and deliver outcomes.
  • Knowledge of industry-leading technology, systems, and processes.

What you’ll get for this role:

  • Starting salary between £60,000 and £70,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
  • Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
