  • Work closely with the Product Actuaries, Modelers, Underwriters, Business Leads, and Chief Underwriting Officers to implement efficiencies to pricing tools and raters.
  • Operationalize profitable growth strategies in the front-end pricing tools by refining existing pricing models to align with portfolio insights, and improve pricing adequacy and risk selection.
  • Assist in developing segment-specific algorithm design, actuarial code review, testing, and test reporting.
  • Take ownership of projects utilizing Agile planning approaches, apply rigorous coding standards in reviewing the work of others and managing junior resources.
  • Help the team develop DevOps best practices and train and support other actuarial team members in the use of advanced software engineering approaches.
  • Research and develop advanced pricing techniques.
