Job Description
- Assist with local statutory actuarial and audit work in Taiwan
- Support the implementation of IFRS 17
- Assist in preparing and reviewing capital and solvency forecasts
- Understand local regulatory actuarial requirements and serve as a liaison with local regulatory authorities
- Support APAC region reserving work and enhance workflow efficiency
Other Requirements
- Degree background in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics or any related field
- At least 4 years of experience in the actuarial field
- Familiar with traditional actuarial techniques and models
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Team player
- Detail-oriented
- Good time management and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Access, VBA
- Knowledge of R, SQL, Python is preferred
