Our team counts over 1000 passionate professionals with expertise and top qualifications, combined with multilingual skills.At Allianz Services Romania, we aim to attract the best talents and create an inspiring environment for our people to develop, while caring for our community and shaping a better future together!Job roleYour will be leading a team of talented Life actuaries in business steering and transformation projects deliveries towards Allianz OEs based on the Western European insurance market.What you will do<ul><li>Lead, develop and engage the actuarial team in achieving the established goals.</li><li>Actively manage the projects from an actuarial technical perspective both in quarterly/annual Solvency II and IFRS17 valuations, assumption reviews, planning dialogue and in actuarial modelling/studies.</li><li>Drive the transformation of actuarial processes</li><li>Steer team capacity and prioritize subjects, delegate and control deliveries.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, actively targeting to bring in new business.</li></ul>What you bring<ul><li>Ideally proven 1+ years’ experience in managing/leading teams and/or projects</li><li>Prior actuarial experience with life and health products.</li><li>Knowledgeable of Solvency II, IFRS17.</li><li>Excellent customer oriented skills, strong organizational, planning and structuring skills</li><li>Ability to multi-task, be flexible, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong inter-personal skills and ability to build collaborative working relationship with different stakeholders.</li><li>Strong coaching skills to develop the capabilities of junior team members</li><li>MSc in Actuarial Sciences or Finance.</li><li>Ability to work under tight deadline and self-motivate.</li></ul>You have<ul><li>Ability to build strong working relationships and ability to convey complex information to peers/ partners .</li><li>Strong teamwork ethic, solid interpersonal and listening skills, ability to apply independent judgement and strive for win-win situations.</li><li>Ability to motivate and engage with new potential customers and other stakeholders and conclude new partnerships.</li><li>Fluent in English, with good communication skills.</li></ul>What we offerCome to the Allianz side!
